Eligibility: Published and unpublished; mss not contracted by 2/01/08
Enter by regular mail or electronic entry!
For regular mail enter: Three (3) copies prologue/first chapter (30 pages max); Three
(3) copies 1-2 page unjudged synopsis
For Electronic entries: (1) copy of first 30 pages; (1) copy 1-2 pages unjudged synopsis
Synopsis may be single-spaced
HHRW MEMBERS: $20 (US) and Non-members: $25 (US)
